Monday has found us again…. alas!
After some serious soul-searching this weekend; I have decided to get serious (again!) about losing weight. I have come to the conclusion that it is not going to happen without some serious effort- no matter how much I wish it would!
I am going to start walking 3-4 times a week.
When I walk, I listen to my iPod. I listen to music sometimes. I prefer to listen to people talk.
