I guess that I have been forced into so many actually, real life social situations lately that I haven’t felt very cyber-social.
One of the things that happens every week at The Castle is menu writing and shopping list making. This week I had Buttercup go through some chosen cookbooks and choose 3 meals for us.
I guess I shall be doing most of my shopping in the produce department this week!

Rule #143- Don’t go food shopping when you are hungry!

Yes indeed! Big mistake to go shopping while hungry. There was stuff in the pantry that I had purchased because it seemed like a good idea at the time…
Nothing I buy when hungry lasts very long. Potato chips and onion dip, for example. On the other hand, some things bought in an excess of good intentions do rot on the shelf. Especially if there are chips around.
It is very hard for a human to pass up chips and dip in order to get the carrots and celery. It is so unfair!
